The Spirit of America Tour presents the “Oak Ridge Boys” July 24th
The Spirit of America Tour is a project of the California based Robert and Nina Rosenthal Foundation.
Free Concert to families of Active Duty, Retirees, National Guard, Reserves, DOD employees, and their guests.
Gates Open: 6 pm, Show Starts: 7:30 pm at the MCAS New River Concert Site. For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, all patrons’ bags, backpacks and similar items will be subject to inspection upon entering the concert area. Jason Bishop FREE “Illusionist Show” July 15th Station Theater @ 1900
Pre-registration is encouraged, but not necessary! The show lasts approximately 1 hour. This is an optional LOCK-IN/FAMILY FUNCTION! Children 7 & above may be signed in and left by a parent/guardian. Parents/Legal guardians are required to complete light paperwork. Everyone is welcome as long as there is space available. Children 12 and over may sign themselves in and out, ID is required. FREE Children’s X-treme Bowling Lock-in ~ July 17th
Enjoy free games of bowling, music, video games & open pool tables. For ages: 7 – 17. Please sign-in at the Bowling Center 6pm. Children must be picked up by 9:15. . Children under the age of 12 must be signed in by a parent. If parent is not picking up child, please have a designated adult at least 16 yrs. of age who can sign out your child by 9:15. Marina ~ AS-280
Open 7 days a week from 0800 – 1830. Situated along the scenic shores of Morgan Bay and Southwest Creak on a 64 – acre complex, home to a full service Marina with 79 slips, dry storage area, gasoline sales, a small retail store, camp sites, swimming/fishing, sailing and nature trails. Mr. Thieme is a 4th Degree Black Belt, Certified Instructor, National tournament judge. Mrs. Thieme is a 2 Degree Black Belt, Certified Instructor and Regional tournament judge. Their competition accomplishments include 12 State and National Championship
Titles in Sparring, Weapons and Form. Their combined 25-year teaching resume includes training 6 of his male and female adult students to reach the World Championship level of competition. Dozens of their younger students have earned State Championships. They have also trained numerous students to become Black Belt Instructors in the Marines, Army, Navy and Air Force.
A Marine Family teaching Marine Families for over 20 years with location in: MCAS New River, Camp Pendleton, Quantico & 29 Palms.
