Geiger, which trains Marines going through the School of Infantry and
Marine Combat Training, also provides treatment through their Sports
Medicine and Rehabilitation Team. The Sports Medicine and
Rehabilitation Team is open to active duty New River personnel on
Wednesdays at 1 p.m.
The department offers sports medicine, chiropractors, physical
therapists, orthopedics, podiatry and rehabilitation programs. Medical
records must be brought along with referrals from a primary care
advisor.
